I loved being pregnant, but I really missed cocktails. No lie.
This past weekend, I put together the most delicious and randomly-created cocktail. Basically, I just stood in front of my fridge with the door open until I had my cocktail epiphany.
Unsure what it would taste like, I didn't even come up with a name for this one until I had my first sip. And there it was ... a Pineapple Upside Down Cake cocktail.
Ingredients
Whipped Cream Vodka (I used Pinnacle)
Can of crushed pineapple
Apple juice
In a cocktail glass, mix in one shot of whipped cream vodka, several spoonfuls of juice from the can of crushed pineapple (as well as some of the pineapple itself), and top with a few glugs of apple juice. Stir together. Marvel at the goodness.
